Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

  1. a) In these terms and conditions, the phrase “the Company” shall mean DPF Cleaning Centres India, and/or its associated service centres.
  2. b) All services offered by the Company, including DPF cleaning using Carbon Clean India technology, are provided under the following Terms and Conditions. Any alternative customer conditions are binding only if agreed in writing and do not conflict with these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE AND VARIATION OF PRICE

  1. i) All service quotations, whether verbal or in writing, are estimates and not binding offers. They are subject to confirmation upon acceptance of the customer’s appointment request.
  2. ii) All prices quoted are based on prevailing operational costs and supplier pricing at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in cost, taxes, or exchange rates. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

iii) Any customised or non-standard service requests may be subject to an updated quotation, which will be shared with the customer prior to confirmation.

SERVICE BOOKINGS AND DELIVERY

  1. i) Appointments must be booked in advance via the Company’s online portal, phone, or walk-in, and are subject to confirmation. The Company aims to honour requested times but shall not be held liable for delays due to operational, technical, or logistic challenges.
  2. ii) Services are provided at designated DPF Cleaning Centres across India. Customers are responsible for bringing their vehicles to the service location at the appointed time.

iii) If a vehicle is not brought in at the scheduled time, or if delays occur due to customer-side issues, the Company may reschedule the service or charge a rescheduling fee.

  1. iv) If, during inspection, additional issues are found that affect the cleaning procedure or vehicle compatibility, the Company will inform the customer and may modify or decline to proceed with the service, with an explanation provided.

RISK AND LIABILITY

  1. a) The Company uses advanced DPF cleaning systems supplied by Carbon Clean India and follows industry-recommended procedures. However, the Company shall not be liable for any faults or damages arising from pre-existing issues, or for failure to resolve symptoms caused by other engine or electronic faults.
  2. b) The customer acknowledges that while DPF cleaning can restore filter performance, it may not resolve all engine management or performance problems. Final results can vary depending on the condition of the DPF and the vehicle’s maintenance history.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE ISSUES

If the customer experiences issues believed to be connected to the service provided, they must notify the Company in writing within 3 working days of service completion. Delayed notification may result in denial of liability.

PAYMENT

  1. a) Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full upon completion of the cleaning service. A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings.
  2. b) Non-payment will result in withholding of vehicle release or suspension of any future services. Interest of 2% per month may be charged on overdue balances, in addition to administrative fees.

CANCELLATION AND VARIATION

  1. a) Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee covering preparation and slot reservation costs.
  2. b) The Company reserves the right to refuse last-minute changes or to charge for rescheduling where applicable.
  3. c) If a customer fails to appear at the service centre without notice, a no-show fee may be applied.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  1. a) The Company warrants that services are performed using safe and professional techniques and equipment. However, it makes no express guarantees regarding performance improvements or long-term outcomes.
  2. b) Liability is limited strictly to re-performing the cleaning service if an error is clearly attributable to Company negligence.
  3. c) The Company shall not be liable for consequential losses, loss of income, downtime, or vehicle damage due to undisclosed or latent faults in the customer’s vehicle.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or performance failures due to events outside its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government authorities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the service centre is located.

SEVERANCE

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue to be valid and binding.
